Walk up Service 2/5/2007

We went to this Rallys because of the closer of 2 and we went up to the window it was freezing outside and waited and waited for service they kept talking and ignored by the servers on the right window facing the road the girl on the left side was working . I know they saw us we were turning purple it was cold out. The location was on Mercury Blvd in Hampton, Va. We ended up going to the Rally' on J. Clyde Morris Blvd in Newport News, Va. Awful service will not visit again! I was visiting the area and it was my first experience with Rally's YUCK! more
