This is a review for the Rally’s location in Blue Ash, on the intersection of Reading Rd. and Wyoming (or “Benson St.” I’m not exactly sure when it changes names.)
Rally’s Hamburgers make the greatest hamburgers in the U.S. They are also the cheapest—you can pick up a Rallyburger for just 99 cents. (And you thought Manhattan was a steal.) This Rally’s location, which I’ve visited a near-infinite number of times in my life so far, is a great place to pick them up. The neo-‘50s décor is in full swing, and it has the obligatory walk-up windows. (You should use the walk-up windows to get the full experience, but expect to be ignored for the sake of the drive-thru crowd.)
The staff here is wonderfully awful. They’ll take forever with your meal, and will probably mess up your order. (It’s what makes Rally’s special.) In addition, due to their seeming illiteracy, you can pass off any sort of coupon here with impunity. My friend and I passed off long-expired coupons for milkshakes last summer, and savored the reapings immensely. Again, part of the Rally’s experience.
In summary, go to this Rally’s, forthwith. The food is earnestly good, and the service is earnestly bad. You can’t beat it.
