MEDICAL RECORDS 5/29/2007

i am not a patient, but a person who worked in the medical records department. What a disorganized, messy department. I noticed that people where put on hold for a long time, there were patient's medical files all over the place, ( talk about patient confidentiality) the front desk personnel were very rude. I would not suggest being seen here. more

Dr. Stall is both knowledgeable and helpful concerning diabetes and thyroid disease. He made me feel at ease and gave me great comfort in the fact that he would get to the bottom of my problems. The nurses and staff at Raleigh Endrocrine Associates were very helpful, courteous and prompt to escort me to where I needed to go. Everyone in the waiting room felt the same way I did. I'd highly recommend them. more

Raleigh Endocrine: Bad and Good Experience 6/15/2006

I have dealt with their office through myself (Diabetic) and husband (Thyroid issue). Dr. Stall was okay but I found that he did a lot of talking but not with information I needed or could use in the management of my diabetes. Whenever I tried to contact him, he never returned my calls, only the nurse would and during the time I would ask her questions, she did not know the answer and would have to go and ask Dr. Stall the answer each time. When the insulin pills stopped working (I still took metformin), I finally came in and pushed to be put on shot form. He gave no information if I should discontinue, lessen, increase the pill dosage. I had to ask the nurse who went to ask him. This was very stressful to not have direct contact with the Doctor. The on site nurse who helps people learn how to give their shots was more helpful. My husband dealt with Shawnee Weir with treating his Thyroid problem. she was GREAT. She listening to our conversation, gave meaningful information, Explained what she planned on doing to treat his Thyroid and what if any tests would be necessary or useful. She did not rush us out of her office. Wonderful Doctor! . more
