Had trouble with my oven and called them. Tod (owner) came and gave diagnosis. Took 30$ for this service which gets applied if you decide to let him fix the problem (fair). Had another person come to give estimate that was much (!) lower. Called Tod (his wife answered) to get the part number from them (the second opinion had left that with me and I wanted to compare "Apples to Apples"), only to be told that this was a "company secret", that they never give out part numbers (so what are the 30$ for - partial diagnosis?), and she appeared outraged that I had a second person come. I explained that I have had bad experiences in the past and that I always got at least two estimates only to be told by her that "with Raleigh Appliance Services I would never have a bad experience" THE best contradiction in words and actions ever, if you ask me, since she just gave me THE worst customer service experience in a very long time. \r
