I gave Raya a whirl for brow shaping because the location was close and I was tired of driving to beverly Hills to go to Anastasia. I have to say, my brows never looked as good as when Raya shaped them for me! AND, it cost less! I now live a good distance away from West hollywood, but I still drive back to get my brows done -- well worth it! more

Raisa has been my aesthetician for over 2 years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. She carefully waxes my brows to best highlight my face and features and has a perfect eye for what brow shapes do & do not look good. Her bikini waxing is relatively pain free (in comparison to some others!) and is thorough and efficient. Raisa also gives great facials and suggests great remedies to cure any skin imperfection. Raisa pays attention to brow shape and how important shape is with opening up eyes. She determines the best shape for your eyebrows and doesn't alter their natural appearance so you dont get stuck with pencil thin or overly bushy eyebrows. After going to Raisa, I would not go to anyone else! more

I have known Raisa for more than 12 years. Part of that time I lived in New York. I have followed her to whatever location she has chosen, and I would wait until I came in from NY to have her do all my waxing, lash, dying, eyebrows etc. Although NY is a beauty center no one there came close to Raisa eyebrows or her skin treatments. Raisa Laser & Skin Care is very clean and well appointed. The staff is very professional, but friendly and easy going. I?ve had laser hair removal done by several places. The prices at Raisa on laser hair removal are the most reasonable I?ve ever encountered. And they make the process absolutely painless, even on sensitive parts of the body. I didn?t think I needed my eyebrows waxed but when they were done and I got home, even my husband noticed the difference and he?s a tunnel-visioned engineer. I love the facials there. They?ve made my face look better and seemed to have actually improved the texture of my skin. Since going to Raisa for facials, I?ve actually seen lines on my face disappear. I like knowing that they will be very careful with my skin. Also, since I work during the week, I love their Saturday hours and the free parking is great. The nicest thing is that they make me feel special when I?m there, not like I?m just another paying client. I had my first Raisa experience a few weeks ago and I was very impressed. I am very picky about my brows as they are a dominant feature on my face and have a naturally strong arch. Some aestheticians in the past have been overzealous waxers, wanting to strip my forehead bare, but Raisa knew better and kept them thick. Raisa shaped them into harder angles than I am used to without making me look angry, a look I have been trying to get aestheticians to achieve for years without success. My brows seemed very ? ?me.?
