Each year I have been in the building 5/30/2012

Each year I have been in the building improvements have been made both in terms of maintenance/upgrade projects and in terms of policies for building use. I have found Rainier to be very responsive to any concerns that have come up. When upgrades at times of lease renewals were done to my space, I have been very pleased with the choices I was given and with quality of work. Overall I would rate Rainier as one of the better management companies I have dealt with. more

nice place to call home! 5/16/2012

I recently moved into the Abby Roads Apartments about 3 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. The neighbors are amazingly quiet. The complex has more of a community feel than most apartment complexes that I have ever lived in our visited. I have been impressed with the apartment complex Management and maintenance assistance that I have received so far. It was a bit scary finding a place to live after renting a house for two years. I know now that I picked a secure and nice place to call home! more

personnel are responsive 5/3/2012

My company is a commercial tenant in a building Rainier manages downtown at 9th and Brazos. Over the term of my lease the building has improved each year. Rainier's management and maintenance personnel are responsive and available and do what they say they are going to do. more

The managers are attentive and responsive, and work orders get filled promptly. They abide by their lease terms and treat tenants fairly. more

Very reasonable price 4/16/2012

Very reasonable price for an apartment downtown off the drag. I moved to a different rainier complex (the Willows) It is great! I could not be happier. more
