We own our first home thanks to Rainier Pacific. It helped knowing one of the mortgage brokers because she got us connected and made the process so easy for us. She went out of her way to help us with our paperwork concerning a for-sale-by-owner. She even came to our house for the reveiw of the papers and everything else was just given to us by hand. We never once had to stop in the buliding, although, I've seen it and it's a beautifully restored house in the heart of downtown Renton. I am still in awe of how fast the process was and the great loan we were able to get through them with my husband having bad credit in the past and also the income/debt ratio we had. If you are thinking about purchasing your first home, I would definitely recommend stopping into Rainier Pacific! more
