Kristin Cox earned her bachelor of science degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. In 2001, Dr. Cox graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland Oregon with her Naturopathic Doctorate degree. Soon after graduating, Dr. Cox moved back to Alaska where she had spent two years as an AmeriCorps volunteer. She spent her first year in practice at the Holistic Medical Clinic in Fairbanks. In 2002, Dr. Cox relocated to the capital city, Juneau and opened her private practice. In 2005, Dr. Cox expanded her practice to include Colon Hydrotherapy. Dr. Cox specializes in general family medicine with a focus on optimizing wellness. Her practice includes endocrinology, digestive health, chronic disease, allergies, and autoimmune disease. Dr. Cox practices using conventional laboratory testing, diet and nutritional counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy, colon hydrotherapy and also bee venom therapy.
