I would like to breifly respond to Miss Farris's complaint. Her son had only been coming quite sporadically and with no advance notice. As I had explained to her, while I wanted to provide parents with more flexible pricing schedule, I cannot hold a spot for such erratic attendance. He would arrive shortly before lunch with no warning, and this was creating some difficulty in scheduling. I did not think that it would create such anger as we were not providing much care.
