Extremely Bad Customer Service at the home office. I was thinking about buying a Rainbow Vacuum and researched the web on comments posted by previous owners. After reviewing all the negative reviews, I decided to call the home office and spoke with Michelle, at customer service, she gave me a distributor in Gastonia called Loken Technologies. I called the number she gave me and it was out of serviced so I searched the web for the distributor to find out that this company does not exist. So I called the local distributor, Rainbow Vacuum in Gastonia, and was told that they are the only distributors of this area and didn't know why I was told differently. So I called Michelle back and she out and out right lied about giving me Loken Technologies phone number and address. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from her and how rude and disrespectful she was, in fact she hung up on me. If this is how they act when they make a mistake with a phone number and address, how do they react when they have to deal with problems with their vacuums. After speaking with Michelle, I will never deal with Rainbow Vacuums and a word of caution, read and believe what people are saying about Rainbow Vacuum's customer service, IT IS SO TRUE.
