Rainbow Pediatrics

Rainbow Pediatrics in Raeford, NC is WONDERFUL! I have always seen an MD. I have no clue what the other person is talking about. My son is always happy to see his Dr. there and his Dr. is always smiling and helpful. We have seen students first and then the Dr. comes in after that. I have never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office and rooms are all very clean and kid friendly! I LOVE Rainbow Pediatrics! more

Let me begin by saying that the support staff are OK at best and that we have not seen an MD there at all. Since we started taking our son there, the only person that has seen him is a certified family nurse practitioner, and not once an MD, but we are paying for seeing an MD. The practitioner always seems to be in hurry, eventhough there is hardly anyone patients waiting to see the doctor(there is no doctor in the office at all). My wife and I have asked her several questions about his growth and diet, but her responses were very vague, hence she is the nurse practitioner and not the MD. Do not be fooled by their we page were it shows there MD's since they all work in Fayetteville or Hope MIlls office, and send their nurses to do their work in Raeford office.Hope this will help other parents to make a better decision than the one my wife and I made. We are taking him somewhere else. more

Rainbow Pediatrics of Hope Mills is an all-around professional, courteous pediatric office. The office staff is always sympathetic and attentive to your needs while on the phone and maintain a higher level of professionalism than any other office in town. They are sweet to the kids when you come in the waiting room. The doctor's and nurses are always very nice and also very thorough and attentive. I have not seen such a smoothly-run medical office anywhere and look forward to taking my son there for his regular check-ups, and am relieved to have such a great place to go for the unscheduled emergencies.
