I've been a customer of Rainbow Carpet Cleaning for about fifteen years. I had them clean clean my carpets, the interior of my car, my furniture and I've even just recently tried out their new service of cleaning oil out of my driveway. Everything has turned out fantastic! They say that they guarantee their work 100, and they really do! We own a rental, and when the tenants moved they left behind a mess. An animal had soiled the carpet and it smelled and looked terrible. Paul came out and started the process of cleaning it. He worked on it for maybe a week, but he couldn't get it to where he was satisfied with his work so he didn't charge me for the service. Rainbow is so easy to schedule with. I just call them and they let me know they'll be right out. Then they usually will check in with me about three days later to make sure I'm happy and that things are still clean and no stains have reemerged. They may not be the cheapest place around, but they do the best work and to your satisfaction, they can't be beat! They are very customer-oriented, and that's a hard quality to find in most businesses nowadays. I've built a great relationship with them over the years, and they are never grumpy and are always polite and extremely professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company! more

Rainbow Carpet Cleaning is good! They're good, and very honest and dependable. They don't mind if you want it done a certain way, they do it. They're very, very nice, and they do a very good job. You can't go wrong with using them. They stand behind their word and the product. They'll make it right if you have a concern, and they always come back and correct whatever you want. more
