This system is well worth the money and every member that we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and professional! Rob M. was our sales rep and came to our home to run various tests on our water and answer any questions we had. He did not disappoint. He not only answered every question, but took the time to explain at length the various aspects of the test results and what a water purification system could do for our home now, and in the future. We purchased the water filtration system with R/O water for our kitchen and it has been fantastic! Mike M. installed our system and did great work and even cleared a blockage in our faucet that we wasnt aware of! All of our appliances were new and this filtration system will extend the life of them all (fridge, washer, heater, plumbing, etc). The hard water stains that we ubiquitous throughout our home have now, two months after installation, all but vanished. Our dishes are spotless and our skin and hair feel much smoother. Our food, especially pastas and other boiled ingredients do not taste like bleach from the city's treatment. We have stopped buying bottled water altogether because the water we have tastes just as good if not better. All of the equipment is warrantied and should we move; the company will disassemble it and re-install the entire system to our new home. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with everyone involved with the whole process and the system itself. If you are thinking about purchasing one; give them a call and see what they can do for you.
