Rainbird installed gutter covers on my home in April. I originally gave them a good review but recently found out, if you have a problem...just try to get a response! My husband is disabled and I have been the one cleaning the gutters for the past few years and decided that I was getting a little too old to be climbing on roofs. Lew gave me a quote and informed me that I would never need to clean the gutters again but if there is a problem, just call them and they'll come out (this comment, sealed the deal). After the hurricane, I notice my back spouts weren't draining. I call and emailed Rainbird several times over a few week period, with no response. I finally had to call someone to come out and clean the debris from the gutter. Rainbird finally emailed and stated “Our project manager will be in touch with you this coming week to go over your service”, a little late now. All they had to do was return a call or email in a reasonable time frame...poor customer service. Try getting them to respond once you pay them!
