I visited the Sugar Land location and it was horrible. I am from Louisiana (born and raised) and know Cajun food when I taste it. First, the crawfish was oddly seasoned with some weird seasoning that I had never really tasted before. Although most of them were fair in size for this time of year, they were tough and rubbery...not a good combination. At a steep $13.99 for a ? bucket, one would at least expect them to taste edible. The crawfish etouffee was undoubtedly the worst I have ever eaten. It tasted like it came from a can and still the tails were uncommonly tough. The fried crawfish was equally as horrible although the portion was plentiful. Then the potato salad. It tasted like the same stuff you get from the deli at Kroger and Randalls. Not cool, if you actually have your own kitchen. If it had not been for the decent service, I believe I would have just walked out. What these people need is a real Louisiana cook and stop selling this substandard imitation stuff to these poor Houstonians.
Pros: Good seating, Service
Cons: Price
