This man is not a professional and does not run a true business. He was late to the initial visit with us by 2 hours and we let that slide. He promised after we paid the deposit he could have our tv fixed by Christmas since we had guests coming for the holidays. He came back (he was 3 hours late!) with a piece and then told us he had misdiagnosed the problem and needed to contact the manufacturer. We didn't hear from him again. My husband initiated each call with him to find out the status of repair and there was always an excuse. It's now mid-January and our TV still isn't fixed, he has given us the run around from day one. We finally had him return the internal motherboard (he was 2 hours late!) and he has refused to refund our deposit despite his lack of communication, respect for our time, follow-up and the list goes on. After posting this message EVERYWHERE I can on the internet, the Better Business Bureau is my next step!
