One of the better practices in Charlotte area 3/21/2007

After a terrible experience with Carmel Family Physicians, I decided to go for Mecklenburg Medical at their Ballantyne location. The staff was friendly, the doctor actually spoke with me and appeared interested, and a complete physical was handled very well and properly. I hate going to the doctor for anything, but they seemed to allay my fears enough to obtain a complete physical efficiently and with kind human regard. Pros: Great bedside manners! Cons: The wait in the waiting room. more

Something has got to be done with thier phone system. I was on hold for 16 minutes waiting to make an appointment before I was told that I needed a physician referral! Not very patient friendly Pros: many locations Cons: horrible wait times more
