When we purchase our new home, we wanted to be safe that our basement didn't have cracks so radon was underneath our fondation so we called Radon Testers. They were very efficient and the results were accurate. Found out our level was 1 so it was safe. It's better safe then sorry as radon has shown to cause cancer. We now have to test every 3 years just to make sure everything and the radon levels are safe. It was more expensive than the self test you can purchase at a hardware store but it's more accurate. more
