Poor Service Broken system 7/12/2014

I made an appointment for Saturday 7/12/2014 at 8AM for service to my 2006 Cadillac. I used the online appointment method. Once directly trough your web page, and to be sure through an email from Radley Cadillac Website When I arrived there was no record of my appointment and the service writer handled my predicament very badly. I drive from Richmond because I purchased the car there and in the past have received excellent service from the mechanics. The Service writer when he found out I make the appointment online was very dismissive, he did ask when I wanted done and bowed his head and mumbled something like to that during the week I explained that this was not acceptable that I drove from Richmond he didn't even offer me a solution to an obvious problem with their appointment system. If he can't handle this type of problem he should have called a manager to help me. This is a Cadillac dealership and I expected more from a company with a great name and an great car. Not a reflection of your company nor of the service writer - to an extend he could have offered me a appointment or say how can we make this right with me instead of being so dismissive. I realize I am not from there and don't know the folks there bot a bit of respect was in order, Your system is broken and I was a victim of that poor system more

Not happy 11/29/2012

Watch out. Total ripe off. They will screw your numbers (prices) by saying they are giving you a discount but will increase 0.2% on the interest without telling you. So you think your getting a discount but they will add more interest on it. Not promt with the service. i was trading in with an old car and was told i was to get $200 back but recieved $50 in the mail instead. Called but no changes and was told i was wrong with everything. Tip : Copy all the documents before signing the papers. more

Unhappy Customer 6/11/2012

I am not happy with my situation with Radley Cadillac. I had a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that I never had a problem with. I traded it in at Radley for a 2012 Escalade. About a year before I traded it in I spent $1,600 for new tires and I paid for Road Hazard warranty on the tires. My BMW came with a Road Hazard warranty from the dealer. I never thought to ask Radley about a Road Hazard warranty for the tires, because when a vehicle costs over $70k, I made the mistake of assuming the tires were covered. I have had the vehicle less than 2 months and today I had to pay $350.00 for a new tire because the tires did not come with Road Hazard coverage. Okay, let's talk about it. What do you think? I think this should have been included. Do you? I called Radley Cadillac and have spoken to three different people. To this point it looks like I am simply out $350.00. This is ridiculous to me. This is not a low-end vehicle, so I don't expect low-end service. I am NOT happy with the vehicle (I have had other issues with it as well) or with the service I am receiving from Radley. more
