I stayed at the Radisson Downtown while in SLC for business. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but upon closer inspection it is dingy and run down. As for the food, I wish I had read the review in the local paper first. The critic which I heard from a friend that lives in SLC told me he has never seen a negative review before. He said, ""the kitchen must have a flavor extracting machine. That is the only way to explain the dish he was served."" The look of the place was really nice, but as the old saying goes...don't be fooled by the cover.
Pros: Location
Cons: Old and need of repair/Restaurant
