The visit started okay, one of the sales associates, Kevin, was helping me find some parts. After he left me to browse on my own, the manager, Natasha kept trying to pull me over to the cell phones. If I wanted a damn cell phone, I would go and buy a cell phone. I was under the impression that RadioShack was about parts and providing a service to help DIYers to build and invent their own creations or fix or restore an item, either way the goal was to have people be logical, instead of fueling this countries ignorance with cheap overpriced crap that no one really needs, like cell phones and net books and whatever crap they're trying to peddle nowadays. The manager was so pushy I had to tell her to get away from me and I didn't want her crap, so she threw a hissy fit and told me to get out of her store, and when I refused she threatened to call the cops. I feel bad for the other people that have to work under her, and I'm questioning the credibility of this company seeing as how it seems they are letting their stores be run by any run of the mill trash, and that they took a genuinely decent store and changed the format to utterly mindless cash farm.
Pros: Great sales associates and they still have some parts left.
Cons: Manager was horrible, stores are now cell oriented
