Trying to get back online after a move, I went to RS looking for a power cord for my printer. They sold me one. It didn't fit. I tried to return it the next day. I had the receipt but stupid me, didn't save the cardboard that was stapled to the top of the package. The store manager said I couldn't be refunded the $8.00 for my purchase because just the receipt wasn't enough -- she had to have the bar code. Oh well, she couldn't be bothered to walk over to the display area and get the code from another identical power cord! I know $8.00 isn't a lot of money, but it was obvious the manager didn't care at all about my customer satisfaction. I won't go back.
