Recently had one of the most despicable customer services experiences at this particular Radio Shack. The owner - as well as two of his employees - were not only helpful but downright rude.
The owner chose not to deal with the rather simple issue at hand but rather defer to the manufacturer of the product as though he - the owner - had no ability to make the situation 'right'.
I made several attempts to contact the store, and the owner, following the initial issue and the calls and 'stop ins' were not returned or downright ignored.
Customer Service is paramount in today's marketplace. The folks at the Radio Shack in Battle Ground, Washington (Store #K353) have decided to ignore this simple yet crucial axiom.
