The best service I've had in years. These people know how to fix just about everything regarding radios. I was replacing a Bose radio in a car that I was giving to my grandson. I am so glad that I was referred to these fellows by another business that uses them to repair their cars. The big box stores could not tell me how they would install it, how they would interface to the Bose amps and speakers, and they were selling junk. Radio Medics knew everything about the car and equipment. Their installation labor was 1/3 of the big stores. The result was awesome. For half the cost we got a top of line system utilizing the capability of the fantastic Bose speaker system. I may have them replace the system that came in the new car I just bought. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and honest go to these guys. I observed other customer transactions and was most impressed. They do not have a store front display, so look and decide what you want before arriving. I will certainly go there again. more

This is to let you know what I think about RadioMedics ! 1/13/2012 I took my Infinity to RadioMedics to have them fix the 6 Disc CD changer that quit working. When I got there they were very friendly and courteous! In a matter of minutes they had Removed my unit from the car and quoted me a repair price. I asked if my unit would be ready Monday and I was told it would be ready today and they would reinstall it before closing time. I give them a Five Star Rating because they did exactly what they said. My unit works great and they give a warranty on the work. GREAT JOB ! I would recommend them to Family andFriends ! John more

They came to me to remove my radio out of my FX35 I thought what great service. But then I was with out a radio for over 3 weeks, and when it was installed it failed after a day. I requested an exchange unit because I didn’t want to be with out a radio for another 3 weeks but they were unable to. I took my car to the Infiniti Dealer and I was advised it was badly damaged by previous repair that it was no longer repairable and now I had to purchase a new radio. What a nightmare. more

Did some research and found Radio Medics on the internet. Made an appointment for service the following day. Frenando was knowledgeable and was able to quote directly over the phone. Was also told that the quote was 95% accurate. Said he's had some ""winners "" in the past....The 3 C's....Coins, cookies, or coffee in the unit that could alter the quote. Mine wasn't the case. Arrived as agreed. Came up from San Francisco. Unit was removed in about 25 minutes. They're pretty fast. I could tell they were familiar with the procedure. Took the car down the street to the mall to get a cup of coffee and read some mail. In less than 2 hours I got a call stating that the unit was repaired and to head back to their shop. 30 minutes later I was outta there, happy to have my tunes and my heat / ac controls working again. Repair came with a 1 year warranty. Also received the 10% internet discount! No complaints from this customer...Quality, professional, quick service. Thanks again Fernando! more

We sell rebuilt radios from several models of cars. At first they did a great job, but then they started just cleaning the outside and charging us for a rebuild. The last radio we sent over for a repair on 5/18/10 is still there. They just say ""were working on it"". Don't waste your time or money. You can find other places in Sacramento that do great work. To make a long story short Radio Medics are dishonest and miss lead customers. They said they were Short Circuit from San Jose. After speaking with Fernando I find out they took Short Circuits phone number and have it forwarded to their shop in Sacramento. If you need to contact the real Short Circuit that has been in business since 1994 and is located in San Jose google them. Cons: Dishonest more
