I called radioactive this morning to see if they could install a subwoofer with amp and run the wiring. The owner said ""no problem"" and we told him we would be there in an hour. When we arrived an hour later he gave us an attitude saying we were late (when we weren't) so he had to vehicles ahead of us. We left the vehicle and equipment there to be installed. As a side note, we had tint installed from this place about 6 months ago and it was starting to bubble up (we paid extra for the 3m tint). He was going to replace this free of charge as well. We go back 3 hours later to the store, only to find that the owner ""passed on the install""., because he couldn't find a hole in the firewall. We own a brand new Infiniti and couldn't believe that a stereo install shop couldn't do their job. I was upset because we didn't even get a phone call saying he wasn't installing the equipment. Then we looked over the new tint, which was installed again. Before leaving we made sure all the purchased equipment was still in the trunk only to find they had scratched the subwoofer enclosure. we just bought it!!! the owner claimed he didn't do it. He then got angry and said ""he didn't appreciate my attitude"" Really??? a 600 dollar box and he didn't appreciate my attitude??? He actually stated he was ""done"" and walked in the store. Never resolved anything. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER!!!
