Con Artists, plain and simple. They promised to get me additional money from an insurance claim I had after someone hit my car if agreed to trade in my damaged vehicle towards a new car. After months of telling me "the check's in the mail" they said there was no additional money, despite telling me months earlier they received some of the money and were waiting for more. I asked to get the deal in writing at the time of the arrangement but was convinced by the sales associate Gene that the owner was a man that could be trusted. The car I purchased was fine, but I never would have made the deal without the promise of thousands of dollars back once they received the supplemental insurance money. Dishonest, deceitful, and unprofessional...but then again they are used car salesman, right?
