First off, excellent customer service... to help you get financing in order to ultimately rip you off. Was looking at a car in their inventory that look really good in pictures. The seller there (Rayna) told me the car is in excellent condition and that nothing was wrong with it. Being out of state, I had a friend look at it before I decided to purchase the car since the purchase would have been without inspection and test drive. Upon a friend going to check it out the car was def not in excellent condition. Maybe good. Had been repainted, has rips in interior speaker panels, and cracked light reflectors. The dealership also said that it had been serviced but had no paperwork. Called Lexus and they had nothing on the car. Be wise, check out their cars first hand, and have an independent mechanic look at the car. Trust nothing they say. more

I've been looking for a used car for about a year. Dealer after dealer i wasn't being sold on a vehicle I was interested in, until i walked into Radical Auto. From the moment i walked in Rosie greeted me with a smile. After expressing my confusion and my lack of commitment to other dealerships, Reyna took me into her office and talked to me like a friend. She was able to do what other car salesman couldn't, she got me interested in several cars. After driving a 2001 Honda Civic for 4 years, i was ready for a bigger car. That is when she suggested a Nissan Rogue. The whole Radical team helped with my purchasing process; Reyna with her friendly conversations and Robert with his understanding and ability to finance the car for me. Found exactly what we were looking for. Staff were friendly...until the deal was done and the vehicle began having MAJOR problems. I had driven it less than 200 miles when the vehicle began overheating. After filling with coolant, flushing the radiator and several attempts at locating the problem, it was discovered that a $2,000 repair was necessary. One week later, the check engine light came on requiring another $1,000 repair. During all this, calls were made to Radical Auto for assistance. After several weeks of back and forth return calls, I was told I had purchased a ""used vehicle, as is"". If I had brought the vehicle to them, they might have been able to have the repairs done less expensively for me. (Notice I would still be paying for the repairs myself...) I live 130 miles away. The vehicle was not able to be driven 20 miles without overheating...there was no way to drive it 130! I understand I purchased a ""used"" vehicle. However...I spent over $25,000 and expected the darn thing to run more than 200 miles before I had to drop another $3,000 into it. They did compensate me a small portion (1%). Maybe I just got a bad deal...but I wouldn't buy a paperclip from this dealer again. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hold two pieces of paper together!!! Buyer beware! more

After wekks of searching for a trust worthy dealer, I'm glad I ran into Radical Auto Deals. I went too so many places and had such bad experiences with the owners and sales reps, that I dreaded walking into Dealers. Robert and Kenya were so amazing and friendly, they guided me every step of the way. The vehicle I saw online was the same exact one they had on their lot.. meaning ""no photoshop"" since I had ran into that issue at other places. I'm super happy with my purchase ""Mustang Convertible""and their financing was so easy to work with. Any one looking for a friendly and trust worthy dealer don't hesitate... more

From the first phone call, folks at Radical Auto were honest, helpful and completely candid....something very rare in a Car Dealer. Reyna was a pleasure to work with....she made this enjoyable, not your typical dreaded car deal. I found their cars to be everything they advertised and they went out of their way to be helpful. Since the moment I walked into this place I was greeted with a smile. I told them my situation and what type of vehicle I was looking for, and they guided me on the right direction. I have bad credit and they worked with a bank called foreman financial to give me a second chance. The car (2003 VW Passat) is awesome and I've had no issued with it since the day I drove off.. I would definitely refer all my friends and family .. Aside from the fact that the girls there are great and helpful. more

I recently found an 03 Cadillac Seville from this dealership online. Called and talked to one of their dealers, thought about it for a while and decided to pull the trigger. I ended up driving about 5 hours from Arizona because it was too good of a deal to pass up. When I got there and inspected the car, it was pretty much as advertised. There were some cosmetic issues not disclosed on the website (nothing major) and one of the headlights and tail lights where out but they ended up calling their mechanic after hours and took the car over there and fixed the issue right away. The staff as well as the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. I've had the car for a few days now and mechanically has been flawless. Had no issues with my almost 300 mile trip back home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned car at a great price. more

Found a 2000 Lexus on the internet and called them up. It was exactly what I was looking for. I had bad credit but they got the loan approved so I deposited $500 into their account. I live about 180 miles away in central CA. The day came to pick up. The lady was nice on the phone but turned into a real .... when we got there. I got passed onto who I was told was the owner. All he did was threaten to keep my $500. He offered me a price for my trade but every two minutes that number got lower and lower. He ended up agreeing to put the car on consignment for a week. They did not attempt to sell the car, had it on the back of the lot, didn't even wipe it out. I expected a full tank of gas but when the guy returned it was only 1/3 full. Too bad I didn't notice until I got on the freeway. Never buy a car in the dark, especially at a shady dealer like Radical. The first time I washed the car, all the pain on the passenger side mirror came off. The seat back on the driver seat fell off the next day, The floor mats didn't match and were obviously from another car. Buyer beware of unethical business practices at Radical Auto Deals. These guys are hack shop crooks. They're lucky I like the car still. Pros: At least I got the car I wanted Cons: Rude people, Deal changed several times. No INTEGRITY more

They are definitely nice until you sign the paperwork, then all I can say is wishing you good luck if you are planning to buy a car from this place, unless you buy a brand new car. Pros: Customer Services very bad (BUT ONLY AFTER PURCHASED) more
