Every time I go here they are honest and upfront with me. I have gotten quotes about certain repairs from multiple places and Rx Auto Care was either the best priced or if they weren't they would tell me why it was more. And the one time I didn't go to them to get my exhaust pipe welded back to the engine I had to get it repaired within 2 years later and lets just say I went to Rx Auto Care. more

What I needed done was clearly explained, every interaction very polite. They accommodated me very quickly and got the work done in about half the time originally estimated. This shop is by no means the most conveniently located to my home, but I wouldn't hesitate to make this trip for any future car troubles. more

Good customer service 9/27/2016

Dropped car off. They called us back promptly with identified issue/ solution/ resolutions and prices. Fixed the exhaust issue, price seemed reasonable. - Wish they would have gave the car a quick overview and also reset the check engine light which came on when the exhaust broke. Overall we are satisfied. We wish there shop was closer to our home. more

OUTSTANDING 9/13/2016

This is a company vehicle, which hates me. I had to renew the vehicle registration, but it had to have the emissions test. The engine light kept coming on so I took it to Matt, Ron, And Patrick to have it repaired. They did an excellent job and before I could the emissions test it started to leak coolant. I took to them again but it quit leaking. So the moral of this story is, if you have a problem with your vehicle take to RX Auto Care. They will fix your vehicle the first time and you don't have to worry about being treated right. They are a great group of guys. more

I have been taking our companies vehicles and personal vehicles to Rx Auto Care for approximately 5 years. The service is excellent and everyone at Rx is great. You will NEVER have to worry the work or if you were treated right. I would recommend Rx Auto Care to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. If you go once you will return again and again. more

Saved the day!! 7/11/2016

Long story short, we ended up with a cracked drive shaft. Car could not be driven and I knew if I called Matt or Ron, they would be able to help me out the best!! I called to talk to them about the problem. We discussed the different options and had the tow truck come to pick up the car. I was quoted a price and they were right on. more
