I ordered an item over the phone from them on a Friday and was told it would take 1-2 days. I called to check to see when it was coming in and was told that it wasn't ordered til Monday. When I called back to speak to the manager/owner, John proceded to jump down my throat about calling too much (??). He said that he was just sooo busy. I tried to tell him that I just wanted to voice my concerns as to the length of time it was taking when he originally told me it would be 1-2 days. He would not let me finish a sentence and kept giving me excuses. The second time I asked him to let me finish what I wanted to say, he told me that he was done and that he was cancelling the order and he hung up on me! HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I was totally calm on the phone with him until this point. When I called back in tears, he continued to give me excuses about how he was ""having a bad day"" and that he was sorry he ""took it out on me."" Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never shop there again! Hopefully you won't either... I would hate for you to catch him on a bad day. :)
