I called with some general questions, such as how many rooms do they have and is it interior or exterior corridors. The lady was rude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I kept going to an automated voice line. I decided to try calling once more from my home phone, rather than my mobile. Sure enough, she answered again. Once she recognized me as the previous caller in which she was so rude to, she said she's not authorized to answer questions. I was confused, as a potential guest, I would expect the person answering the phone to be able to answer basic questions such as mine. She then went on to say she didn't know if I were a telemarketer or whom I was. I told her that's not necessarily relevant, however, I'm not. I just wanted to know interior or exterior corridors. She said she didn't know what that meant. After I explained it to her, she eventually, with much resistance, told me it is exterior. I asked her name and she gave it to me and I intend to contact the manager to report such odd customer service.
