Worst

I was upset that I waited 1 1/2 hrs to get a diagnostic check on my car which cost me $90...which I thought the $90 would be taken off after agreeing to have the ignition coil rep...

Rx did a great job diagnosing a couple problems my Lexus dealer was challenged with. They are trustworthy, informative and great to work with. more

Oil change 12/12/2013

There are lots of quick-change oil places out there, but if you want quality service RX Automotive is the only place to go. It may just be an oil change, but RX Automotive gives me peace of mind knowing that my car is being looked after properly. more

Awesome customer service! 12/10/2013

I had a great experience! I made an email appointment request on a Sunday night, and my email was responded to in less than 1 hour. I dropped off my car that night & heard from them first thing in the morning with an assessment of what I needed. They were able to secure parts & fix my car the same day! They also kept me informed throughout the day as things came up and offered me options for resolving any issues they found. They were pleasant and had the needed information when we spoke. The facility was clean and Ed was fantastic to work with. Thank you! more

Its hard to find a place that 11/14/2013

While I sat there and waited for the services on my car to be completed, I quickly realized this isn't your run of the mill auto repair shop. Listening to Ed and Les talk to their customers, it was clear that they wanted to know more about their customers, and their lives. The other thing that they did to instantly gain trust was actually take me back into the shop to point out the problems and show me what was actually going on with my car. It's rare that people do that, but quite welcome. I just wished it was closer to my house..... more

I love the services at Rx Automotive. I know I can trust them, and they really have the experience and I know they will take the time to exlain something to me about my car I might not understand. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, and I would definitely reccommend them to anyone!! more

Highly recommend! 10/19/2013

I asked for a routine pre-winter inspection. My car was inspected within a reasonable amount of time and they actually said that everything looked good. Unlike other mechanics, that would find a laundry list of a unnecessary repairs just so they could make more money. Ed was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend! more

When faced with a dead vehicle, it's comforting to know that you can always count on Rx for caring professionals that will treat you like you want to be treated. Not only will they get you back on the road as soon as humanly possible, but the cost always more than fair.
