Bill the service writer couldn't have been better, Very helpful and went out of his way to keep us informed of the progress. Since this is our home they provided full hook ups for the two nights. They did all of the connecting with each of the manufactures to get warranty authorization. So it took a little longer for that, but the first three problems were dealt with and cost us our signature. They didn't feel they had the expertise to do the hydraulic so gave us some other suggestions of places to go for the work. All in all this was one of the best warranty experiences that we have outside of the dealership we bought it from. more

I was very impressed with this RV dealership. Coming from Canada I was very honest with them that I was looking around to see what there was and they did not flinch. Brittany very nicely showed us what I was looking for and even when it didn't quite fit the bill she was ok answering questions about how it would work if we were to take a new RV over the border and what paperwork would need to be done. I would definitely recommend them to Canadians who would like to purchase in the USA as they were helpful, had good stock and great prices! Plus they were just down the road from the campsite we stayed at which made it even easier! more

we purchased a 2001 40 ft allegro bus from rv northwest, they made us a good deal and everything seemed to work well. We spent a winter, the worst one they had in 10 years, in silverdale wa.. we found a few things wrong with our motorhome and had to have some of them repaired locally in Silverdale. In the late summer when going thru Spokane we stopped and visited rv northwest. They repaired everything that was wrong, and because we were traveling in the motorhome and had no car with us they let us set up right there on there lot, across the little bridge from the rv store. They were great, and if we ever need service again I would take it back there in a heartbeat. more

his dealership/service center is great. I had to take my trailer here after another dealership/service center in Spokane failed and refused to repair various items, covered by the manufacturers warranty, on my trailer. I was treated very well, and my trailer was fixed very quickly. RV's Northwest is located right off I-90, just East of Spokane, WA. It's easy to get to, and the people there are very friendly and helpful more

We are return customers because RV's NW is a first class operation. Both Ann Williams (manager and Gary Jeanneret (sales) are real good people. Nice to do business with; they treat you very nice; good follow up and very up front. It is hard to find people like this and they do a nice job. We are happy customers. more

The sales dept. was very good. Candi was friendly and not pushy at all. Her boss was the same. Very good people to deal with. But we did not seem to get a lot information when asking about the 5th wheel. The communication was not good between shop and sales. They seemed to blame each other. I would highly recommend Candi and the sales staff. more

She was great to work with along with the sales manager, and their finance person was very knowledgeable and efficient too. We couldn't be happier with the treatment we received from RV's Northwest. There aren't many Arctic Fox dealers east of the Mississippi, so when we were visiting the Northwood factory in Oregon and our grandkids in Spokane, we decided to stop in and browse. Based on everything we saw and everyone we talked to, we decided to purchase our AF32A from RV's Northwest, and have it shipped back to Pennsylvania. Not entirely normal, we know, but we'd do it again in a heartbeat. There were a few problems between what we ordered and what was delivered, and it took just a phone call to sort everything out to our complete satisfaction. Amazing team, great people to work with. Oh yeah, quite an impressive trailer as well! more

Wonderful experience ! At north Division ! I being handicapped and needing help out of a RV that did not work for me, getting frustrated trying to live out my desire to camp & fish. Then I met the nicest people willing to help me ! Forgoing the need to make a major profit to help me. Not to mention when I arrived home all my neighbors where waiting. We had a great open trailer party! Everybody loved it! Thank You RV RV Northwest north Divsion Gary & Anne for making my dreams come true! Know to get that big German brown trout:) more

We have been looking for a diesel pusher motor home, for 2 years before stopping at NW RVs in the Spokane Valley. We were greeted, but NEVER pressured, and escorted to the lot by Roger. He is absolutely the most helpful, ""non-pressure"" salesperson we have ever met. The staff as a whole were very friendly as well. It took us maybe a half hour to decide that we wanted to do business there. Since the sale, they have been most helpful as well. We recommend RVs NW to anyone looking for great customer service, at a reasonable price. more
