I have now stayed in the Econo Lodge 4 times and intend going back there again this year. Each time I go to Boston on a shopping trip I stay in the Lodge as it is convenient to get downtown and on the routes out of the city to go to the shopping outlets.
The staff are great and when I telephoned at the end of last year to confirm a booking I have for November of this year, the receptionist remembered me, as had happened on a previous occasion. When I asked for the same room there was no issue.
When I told my friends, who had come with me, they could not believe the price. It is such good value. What we paid for the four of us, they expected to pay each.
A great result for having taken a chance on an area and hotel that I knew nothing about.
I would highly recommend it for anyone who intends going to Boston shopping and going to the outlet centres, but only if you have a car as it is a bit outside of the city if you are depending on public transport (which I might add is just outside the door of the hotel).
