RETRAIN YOUR PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/12/2011

I was in dire need for a truck for the weekend and because of the POSITIVE reviews called them. I talked to someone who could care LESS about MY business. I would never do business here and ended up hanging up on him. Use them in a pinch if you have too but if you are looking for a company that values customer retention this isn't it. more

Best Car Rental in Salt Lake 2/13/2011

There is no reason not to rent from Rugged. They have any vehicle to meet anyone's needs at the lowest prices I could find. They provide a friendly local service that national chains can't provide. I searched several car rental companies before renting a four wheel drive truck from Rugged. Their prices were lower than the national chains and a lot of the national chains did not even offer 4X4 vehicles. Their airport shuttle was quick and helpful. Our truck rental for a week long ski trip was great even in the snow. We are so glad we rented from Rugged and will do so the next time we return to Salt Lake. more

Fantastic Company 10/4/2010

I have rented many cars in my days and I have to say that these guys are different from any other company I have ever rented from before. When we arrived at their office I went in to fill out the paper work. There was no line and I was greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist. He offered maps of the area, food recommendations and he went out of his way to do a mapquest to my destination. When I returned outside my luggage was already loaded into the car and the air conditioner was running to cool down the vehicle. I have never had better service from a car rental company and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Great Service!! 8/10/2010

Thank you so much for all of your help during our recent trip to Utah. Coordinating a trip for 17 people and 3 vans is stressful, and your company made it so easy and such a pleasant experience. It was very nice not having to worry that the right type of auto would be ready for us when we got there. Thanks again more

Poor customer service, ripped off on sales and rentals, don't show care for their products. Sorry but go somewhere else. Pros: They sure know how to jip people of their money. Cons: Seriously, what is there any? more
