Data Recovery 3/7/2011

As a dentist our office computers can be the lifeline of our business. The hard drive failed on our machine we use as the office server. The loss of this data could be a company ending event. While we do have an offsite recovery service it can take up to 1 week to get that data back. I called this company and within 24 hours they had the data onto a new drive. At the same time they sold us a secure onsite backup system that will speed recovery should this ever happen again. more

Beautiful! 9/23/2010

Good: Bottom Line, they recovered my files. I didn't care about anything on that drive except my Quickbooks files. My hard drive crashed and was just clicking. I sent it into RTS Data Recovery and within 3 days (I overnighted it) I had my quickbooks.. Other: They had some good advice on always using a seperate backup drive!. more
