disguisting and rude clients 4/27/2009

Good: The proximity to my house. Bad: There were bugs in the adjacent pedicure basin. A customer was yapping very loudly on her cell phone causing a disturbance to the other patrons. I informed my manicurist and she refused to politely let the cell phone yapper know her disruptive behavior. Improvements: Clean your equipment Post a sign requesting clients to not use cell phones. Other: Will never come back here again. more

Friendly Service 8/25/2005

I have gone to Romancing the Nails a number of times. I usually get a fill for my acrylic full set. They always do a very proficient job on the fill itself. I have no complaints there, and they are also very good at nail repair. They only downside to Romancing the Nails is their nail design. They do offer freehand nail design, but their designers seems very inexperienced. Sometimes my nail design from them is rather weird. more
