I needed a washer and dryer. He had posted some on craigslist. I talked to him about what I needed and my price range and he told me about other items he had in order to match my needs. He reduced that price and offered delivery, installation and warranty. He delivered within the hour (Wow!). His machine didn't break during my warranty period and has not broken yet. It has been a year and a half. That is pretty good for repaired, used appliances.
When my friend's washer broke, I told her about him. I had him saved in my phone because I was so impressed with him. She called him and he fixed her washer. She didn't need to buy a new one.
This guy is saving people tons of money.
