I wanted to let you all know how absolutely thrilled I am with my recent interactions and puirchase at Riva Pompano. After 30 years, I decided it was time to get back on a motorcycle. I january, I took the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course, got my license and started my search. \r \r I have to share with you that I personally visited four different Sarasota area dealers and explained my situation: getting back into cycling, just got my liscense and wand a nice barely used cruiser. I am going to buy soon and will pay cash. Here is my contact info. Would you believe that over a month later, not one dealership has called me back. Not one. \r \r Thankfu;;y in the meantime I expanded my search and found an amazing 2013 Honda Interstate at Riva in Pompano. Pete responded quickly to my inquiry and was pleasent, helpful and thorough during our conversations. Persistant but not pushy. Sales manager JAy was attentive and fair when we got down to the nitty gritty. Chris was absolutely the kind of ambassador you want when he handled the delivery. And the bike is spectacular!\r \r Thank you for making this such an easy expirence. after 30 years I was a bit reluctant to make my first ride one the biggest bike I have ever been on a three hour jaunt across the state. No problem Riva delivers. \r \r My only regret is that I live across the state and cannot say thank you in person. Great selection & delivery. I just discovered Trust Pilot so I am posting my experiences - good and bad - for others to see. I ordered some Waveblaster parts last week and they are already here. Packaging is better than any other PWC parts company I have ordered from. You would think they were shipping eggs. This is awesome! 5 Stars to Riva. more
