I'm a 25 yo/w/f and I needed to find a cheap place to stay while starting a new job in the area. I found it on craigslist and called and moved the same day. Paul, the manager, is really nice. The place is old. The furniture is probably from Goodwill. But everything works. The cable was very nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. No bed bugs :) I stayed for a week, it filled up fast. The first night, I was really scared something would happen (like tire slashing or break in). There's no deadbolt for the door. But nothing happened all week. The manager watches who drives up. The last night, a Satuday, I awoke at 2am to the start of a stereo and some people starting a party. Less than 5 minutes later, the manager came out and shut it down fast. The point is, it's not pretty. It's no Marriott. But for the price, you get a great place to lay your head, watch some cable. WiFi. Microwave and fridge. Also, it's super close to Hwy 99.
I'd do it again in a heart beat. And if I was ever just needing a place to stay while passing through.
