Our friends recommended we visit Natali at R.F. Moeller when we first started talking about getting engaged. We felt so welcome the first time we walked in the door! My fiancee secretly worked with Natali on designing a custom ring for me that turned out amazing! We also had the pleasure of working with Linda on picking out our wedding bands (Natali was out on maternity leave). Overall they are one of the friendliest jewelers around! Natali at RF jumpstarted my desire to pull the trigger on proposing to my wife. I had been thinking about it previously, but when i walked into the Edina store I was greeted by sincere smiliing faces. That was nice (so was the ""most perfectly chilled beer ever"" - my friends words, that they gave him while i was educated in the intracacies of diamonds in a private room on the showfloor...basically they create a luxurious experience while still providing fair pricing ....the result was that I purchased my wifes engament band, wedding band, my wedding band, her diamond earings, diamond earings for my mom and hers, and my Rolex. Needless to say I will go to Natali for all my future jewely needs as well. We stop in every week or so to have our rings cleaned and are always made to feel welcome by our friends at Rf Moeller. more

When you visit this store, ask for Natali. My husband did on our 15th year Wedding Anniversary. It was a complete surprise to me, but my husband had called ahead of time and gave Natali a price range. When we got there, she had prepared a wonderful assortment of jewelry for me to select from.She really went out of her way to make it an enjoyable experience for us by being personable, offering us something to drink and having everything ready for me to look at. This girl knows her products! By the way, the selection of jewelry is fabulous & I love my 15 yr anniversary band. more

Naturally I was a little apprehensive of, if not more than a little intimidated by, the process of buying an engagement ring - I didn't know where to start. I went to a number of different jewelers in the metro area (I won't name names) and was met with what I expected - the typical sales routine. ""What's your budget? What are you looking for? What are the chances we could get you out of here with a ring today?"" etc... Enter Bryan at RF Moeller. His approach was phenomenal. He helped me slow down - he took the time to explain not only what to look for, but why. He seemed to be facilitating my experience rather than dictating it. No matter how long it took, Bryan was always considerate and helpful - and sure to follow-up when appropriate. He worked closely with me for the better part of 3 months - taking my budget and my idea in to consideration while pro-actively finding and showing all the right pieces (stones, bands, styles) to create the perfect ring I was proud to present - and, more importantly, she was thrilled to receive! Bryan and RF Moeller provided the best shopping experience I've ever had. We (as she said yes!) will certainly be working with them for any future jewelry needs - and we look forward to it! more

Your sales associate Bryan did a fine job selling me a couple of Rolex watches. I had some complicated issues and they were handled professionally. He called me last Saturday to look at the black dial Rolex Daytona. I really wasn't interested in the black face, but he stirred my curiosity. So I went over later that rainy Saturday morning.
