I would NEVER recommend Lynn Ferris to ANYONE!!! I lost quite a bit of money on my purchase due to his lack of communication! I did not know my final costs until 2 hours before closing, which I then had to leave work even earlier than I already had to in order to finalize things with my bank. I was shown a home that I fell in love with and when we went back to the office to put in our offer, it had already been sold! He was definitly the WORST realtor I have EVER worked with! He does not do his research and shows no initiative at all! Everyone, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!!! more

I had a terrible expeirence with this company. My realtor never called me back. This company did not advertise my home. They only put it on the internet and left it there. Customer service is not important to this office. Save yourself the stress and work with a different company! more

Re/max Modern Realty is Great 7/1/2009

We emailed an agent and she got back to us immediately. She sold us a house that same day. Everyone we dealt with was really nice and was able to answer out questions. These agents are all licensed by law and know their stuff- it made me feel good about buying our first home. I recommend them to anyone. more

Our realtor from here was the worst realtor I have ever heard of. She may of been new but she had no idea what she was doing and with her bad advise we bought a home for more money than they were asking and it was not worth it. I am only giving them a score of 3 because I am scoring the company not just her but they should do a better job of there recruitment of realtors. more
