The front desk personnel are always nice, very accommodating, very respectful. The hotel is kept up quite nicely. The breakfast array is very nice, good selection/variety. The prices are reasonable and the location is close to the freeway. Always an enjoyable place to stay. more

I stay here about 3 times a year on my way coming and going from a family visit. It is staffed by English speaking, friendly staff. It is clean and convenient and has a lite breakfast. My choice when passing through Gilroy. more

arrived not knowing the Gilroy ramada, Was very pleased with the location close to the down area\r and shopping outlets,The room were clean and serviced regularly, I do travel very often, and recommend this location as a very pleasant and Quiet. Safety is an issue with where I stay I give this location an A plus.The Front Desk personal ,Moti and Rosh made my experience excellent with there perfect customer service more

Relatively convenient. Last minute, we decided to attend a conference in San Jose, but the town was completely booked. Stayed here, and it worked out well, only about 35 minute drive to the convention center in the morning. Room/bed were what you would expect for the money, shower a little better than expected. I would stay again for a business trip. Also, if you stay here, great dinner at 152 BBQ, about a mile away. more

One thing that I really liked about this hotel is the presence of security cameras. I don't know how much crime goes on in gilroy but the cameras must certainly prevent it. Hotel was quiet and did not have any issues with staff or neighbors. DirecTv with HBO was a really nice addition. more

I have chosen the Ramada Limited in Gilroy on two occasions. Liked it enough to return a 2nd time. This visit, I was around the corner and without issues. This facility is a tremendous value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The two different staff members I've met have been friendly and efficient. My first visit, the pool was drained and being serviced for the season. My second visit, the pool looked spectacular and really improved the property appearance. Traveling solo, I felt relatively safe, although I could see some locals cruise the parking lot likely in search of recyclables in the trash - becoming more common everywhere. Sufficient parking. Black Bear Diner is located conveniently across the street and a Chevy's is a block away. Close to Outlet shopping if that is your thing. I've been there twice and will definitely continue to return. Can't beat the value, privacy, and service. more

We stayed two nights here last weekend. It was a nice, clean, comfortable room. we stayed in a handicapped room which met my needs very well. They had good air conditioning, a pool with a railing as well as a chair lift to assist non mobile people into the pool and the jacuzzi. The resident manager was very helpful, courteous, pleasant and professional. more

I was quite favorably impressed with this Ramada and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in Gilroy. The Receptionist at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was large, in great shape, and comfortable. Breakfast is in a convenient guest room customized and marked for the purpose. more

Clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Manager called me promptly after I left a computer behind. Mostly I appreciate the quiet room which is often missing in hotels in this price category. The clientele well mannered. Nice hot tub and pool. Convenient location near shopping. Everything worked! I have stayed in all hotels in this price category in Gilroy and most of those in Morgan Hill and this is by far the best value and the only one with no unpleasant surprises. Now I am a regular here! more

Front desk staff was exceptional! Kind and helpful. The cost of the room was one of the cheapest around Gilroy and the room was freshly painted and clean although very basic. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very limited, but it was nice to have a little something in the morning. Great value! more

Ramada is very close to Gilroy Premium Outlets ans to a lot of restaurants which is very convenient.\r Breakfast and wifi is free and with ample parking space.\r Room is spacious equipped with air con and heater. more

The service started off average and progressed to very good, though it was a process. By the time we left everything was perfect.The refrigerator could be a bit bigger as it could barely meet our needs to keep our food fresh. more

Im the return customer of this Hotel. I stayed there several times when I come to Gilroy for California Spring Trial. Was there again 6-8 Apr 14 and still have good feeling about. Hotel reception is rather friendly and can help with most of request from selecting the room (of course if avail.) to make a note on my receipt. Rooms are clean and all things in good condition. Swimming pool is not that clean but I assume no one swim in cold weather. Vending machine and coin landry machine are all available. Rooms at ground floor are very convenience. I would recommend this hotel for my friends. I also take this chance to thank you the receptionist (middle aged man). See you again next year. more

Great hospitality, friendly staff,very clean. Breakfast is plentiful they are not skimpy on their danishes or coffee. They have multiple selections to choose from ranging from cereal to waffels and even french toast. Three types off juice assorted breads. I feel that at so many other places they rush over the breakfast, here you can sit and enjoy your food without being ushered out.The front desk is very welcoming. I was and continue to be greated by a smile. The manager Moti was very helpful when it came to figuring out my accomidating the days that i would need to stay and even held the room for me. I never had the oportunity to deal with a manager and i felt important and felt as though it was inportant for him also to be apart of the face this company. more

Location!!!! This Ramada is close to Rt 101. We took the famous 17 mile drive from Monterey to Carmel. It was 1 hr away. It is 1 hr from San Francisco Airport. There is a 7/11 store and diner across the street. Our room was a nice size and overlooked the pool & hot tub. Our room had a microwave, refrigerator & coffer maker. Our room had one queen size bed, which was comfortable. Breakfast was included. The staff was very helpful. There is a computer for use in the office. The price was great, $69 a night. Room was purchased directly from Ramada. Definitely, we will return. more

The rooms are always very nice, always clean, the front desk people are always very nice, very friendly, they always try to accomodate the guest as much as possible. It's also very nice that there is a washer and dryer on the premises. The breakfast is always the best, love the bagels and cream cheese and the fresh orange juice! You need to add the Sci-Fi channel to your list of channels. more

This is my second visit, they treated me so well my first visit that I wouldn't consider any other motel.\r \r Well, they great again this time. Great family run business that treated my family and I very well. I'd be visiting there again this summer but the family moved back to Hawaii. more
