Another Quality Job 5/26/2018

Satisfied customer since 1999. Just had annual spring checkup. Robert Bargamin was the tech and he's been here before. He is courteous, efficient, and professional, as well as a good ambassador for the company. Kudos to Robert! more

Many thanks to R.A. Hoy company, and to Sean in particular, for fixing my heating system today! Sean went over every single part of the indoor and outdoor units, made the necessary repairs, and then double-checked everything before he left. He also went over every detail of the repair with me so that I understood what had gone wrong and what he had done to fix it. I am extremely grateful for this kind of customer service and attention to detail. Thank you!!! more

Every time we have dealt with Marcey she has been friendly and very competent. She knows what she is doing and makes everything easier for us. If every business handled customer service the way Marcey does, businesses would retain nearly all of their customers. more

Cold Snap and No Heat 1/27/2018

Our heat was out and with the recent cold spell this was a big issue. Sean showed up from R.A. Hoy to see what he could do. Sean was very courteous, knowledgeable and focused on our issue. He had our heat back up and running in about and 2 hours. It was a pleasure working with Sean and I will call R.A. Hoy for any future issues. more
