My husband and I were at a baseball game and we locked ourselves out of our house. R.W. Dickerson came out to our house and unlocked our door, so we could get in! We are so pleased with his excellent customer service! Thank you R.W.!!! more

Mean, nasty people!! Not only is Mr. Dickerson rude and nasty to work with so is all of his staff. The lease agreements are illegal!! Watch your back because he will steal money from you and kick you out with a couple days notice for no reason at all. more

I have used RW Dickerson Mgmt Company as both a realtor and property manager to assist me in being able to locate investment properties in Spokane Wa. His knowledge of the local rental and residential market was really helpful to me. He's helped me acquire valuable information concerning local properties, which has benefitted me and my family tremendously. I would totally recommend this company. more

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. The manager, Ron Dickerson, is very pretentious and rude! My home suffered severe water damage from a plumbing fixture breaking due to what was described as ""poor plumbing"" by both Mr. Dickerson and the General Contractor. I live in a four level home and there was grave damage on all four levels of the home. They tore apart the home (master bathroom, kitchen, den, laundry room, and garage.) I did not have walls, insulation, ceiling, and flooring in many areas of the home. For Nearly 80% of the home is unlivable or not comfortably livable due to them moving my large furniture in to other rooms for repair. \r \r Mr. Dickerson stated that did not have to let me out of my lease AND they have yet to reimburse be for utilities or living stiuation!! I have not lived in my home for a month and contractors have been making repairs using my utilities! I have written to them twice, spoken to them on the phone and still no resolve. The Owner as well as his staff are incompotent and rude to put it nicely. They treat people as if they are better than you, they schuedule weekend appointments and don't show for them and have the nerve to tell you screwed up and threten eviction for it!!!!! They cant even rent their units in any timely fashion. I would NEVER recommmend ANYONE to rent or have your property managed by those people. unless you like losing money, paying someone for a service you don't receive, or being treated like dirt in general Pros: I dont have anything to do with tham anymore Cons: everything about them more
