Still caters to a few special people. We were given assigned seats on a 10 day bus trip. No attempt to move people so those next to the toilet got the pleasure of riding in the back, smelling the toilet and missing some of the scenery. Tour guide could not read and insisted on starting each day with some kind of story and then singing songs, mostly of a religious nature.Refused to show movies people had brought although several people on the bus asked for them.By the end of the trip it was almost the front of the bus vs the back of the bus with very little intermingling Pros: trip overall was enjoyable Cons: seating assignments more

Caters too much to a few regulars, Does NOT change with the times, boring, doesn't give you choices like to go to your room and rest instead of to the mall. They do the same routine ALLL the time. I've talked to lots of people who have been on their tour and they agree with me that there should be more choices esp. on the ball game trips. Ask how many wants to watch a movie or rather talk quitely or nap on the way home. Get real only 2 monitors on whole bus work anyways. Ask how many people want to go down town atlanta. We've all seen it dozens of times. We'd rather spend more time at the stadium. Ask who wants to go to the Mall or would you rather just rest in your room? Yeah most everyone is OLD. Pls change! You have NICE personnel. Give us a break. Pros: Nice owners/ good value Cons: Do Not ask majority what they want to do/ do the same thing all the time. more
