Had a minor leak at an irrigation valve connected. Decided on R and S due to a parental recommendation. They took three days to come out and made the problem worse.\r \r Then they sent the same tech back out again the next week who now had to dig up the entire valve box to fix the problem.\r \r At this point the valve box lid was broken (because he stomped it to close it) and the valve box was full of dirt. There were now 3 leaks.\r \r I went in to speak with the owner politely and was accused of being a liar and told to 'get the hell out'. I called back later after he calmed down and told him if he didn't believe me he was welcome to come see for himself.\r \r Instead of coming out, he sent the same repair tech again who realized it was leaking but told me he couldn't get to it today. R&S Water Service has some of the best tasting water in the county, for only a quarter a gallon! You have to take your own clean water bottles and refill them yourself, but it is worth the money saved over having it home delivered. You can also avoid having extra empty bottles lying around waiting for the water delivery, or worrying about where to store the full bottles once they are delivered. Naturally, R&S does much more than provide filtered water - far more than would be proper for such a review. PROS: Cheap, clean, drinking water CONS: You have to carry heavy bottles yourself more
