Broten Garage Door came out to inspect the problem and diagnosed it immediately. The technicians that came knew everything possible about garage door openers. They interfaced directly with my warranty company and within two days I had a perfectly functioning garage door opener. The guys were very professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend them. more

What a shock to get ready to go to work and find that our garage door was broken. We could not get out, springs had sprung. We called R & R Garage Doors they got there within two hours. First the technician helped us open the door so one of us could go to work. He told us what needed to be done and did it! No fuss, no muss very polite. Can recommend to all our neighbors. more

I called R & R Garage Doors when my garage door broke and they were able to have it repaired within 24 hours. The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to complete the repair without multiple trips. R & R Garage Doors service clearly stands out when compared to other contractors and I will not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends. R & R Garage Doors is professional (the service person was friendly and knowledgeable), reliable (i.e. on time), convenient (a service person was at my house within a few hours of my first call), and honest (my final bill was the same as predicted by the on-site quote). R & R Garage Doors came highly recommended by my neighbor, and I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future, should I need a repair. Great company! more

He arrived right when he said he would, quickly fixed the problem, identified several other issues with our garage door that needed to be fixed, and took care of those as well on the spot. All the while he explained exactly what he was doing and why - all for one low price. And, he`s a funny guy! more

I wanted to take just a moment to sincerely thank you for the excellent work on my home’s garage doors. You not only repaired and adjusted my attempts to install an opener for our 3rd stall; you were able to significantly quiet down the main door underneath our daughter’s bedroom – a much appreciated improvement. In addition, you were able to solve a complex electrical problem with the Mother Board on one of the units. more

They called me and asked me several specific questions in order to make sure that I needed their services. After it was clear what the problem was, they quoted me a price and arranged for a visit the following morning. They arrived at the time specified and tried to save me money by fixing the problem without replacing the equipment however the technician was unable to do so. He then noticed that the equipent that he had was not the proper piece needed for the repair and he would have to go back and get the proper piece and return the following day. They returned the following afternoon and replaced the broken piece. I was very pleased that they went the extra mile (over 30 miles) and didn`t blink. Their customer service was a welcomed surprised. more

Although they were a little late arriving, they installed our garage door opener quickly. It works amazingly and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The technician they sent out was very friendly and I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and the work was done on Monday. Very happy about the service we received! more
