R&L put in a furnace, ac, and ductwork for me, they have a design service, the only design service I saw was a bunch of young kids cutting holes in my floors. I called back as my house would only cool to 79 degrees with ac running 24/7, they told me my 1750 sq. ft. house was too big to cool and I should be happy with that. Owner also asked me what cfm's were. (Cubic feet per minute) Put the house up for sale at one time and a older gentleman came in and saw the ductwork in the basement and just shook his head and said "they didn't have to do that" Can't finish the basement until I can get ductwork fixed. WHEN I have the money. Not main runs but small runs are--- UNDER THE FLOOR JOISTS, NOT BETWEEN---Cold air returns are not squares, just cardboard stapled up to joists. I held check back to try to get them to fix it but the guy begged me as he had to pay his employees, felt bad and gave it to him, they never came back and owner and wife screamed like banshee's when I called to complain. Beware. Be scared of this company. You are lucky if they got it right for U. For 3 summers I called them to tell them that my temp was still not under 79 when my neighbors was easily at 74 degrees, and they would threaten my warranty on furnace because I didn't use them to clean it. What a mess. Good Luck if you use them.
Pros: Not one
Cons: Nasty nasty people for callback to make it right
