If I could give a negative number of stars for a review I would. They advertise that they can perform residential deliveries. What they do not tell you is they don't have a truck any smaller than an 18 wheeler in which to do these deliveries. If the driver of the route doesn't feel comfortable driving his truck into that neighborhood, they simply won't deliver. They make no effort to tell you in advance. I gave them several hundred dollars in good faith, and they did not deliver. In my book this is false advertising. I have wasted my time, my customer's time and my money. I will not do business with you again. more

RUN! Worst Freight Company Out There!!!! 3/3/2011

R & L Carriers is the WORST carrier out there. The company I work for has numerous claims filed against them. Thought I'd give them another try, mainly b/c they are one of the few freight carriers that offers guarenteed 3 day delivery, for an extra fee of course, but when I received pictures of all the merchandise sent, I was SHOCKED ( wish I could show everyone)! Looks like I paid extra for them to, once again, damage most of the merchandise sent. more
