I love working with RH Nicholson and I will never switch my insurance agent. Their sevice is outstanding. They work to find me the lowest price and always make sure I'm properly covered. The management and staff at R H Nicholson have a ""customer first"" mentality that provides for quick responses and resolutions to issues I may have with my insurance. I have been a customer for over 2 years purchasing my auto and home insurance with them. They consistently provide the lowest rates year after year and also take the time to check in with me to ensure I am completely satisfied with my level of coverage and customer service. The staff at RH Nicholson are all extremely friendly and helpful. I've been a client of theirs for over two years, and whenever I have a question about my auto or renter's insurance, they take my call and spend all the time necessary to explain my coverage. They've done an excellent job at getting a great rate for my insurance as well. Overall, the best insurance company I've used. more

I have been using RH Nicholson's services for over a year now as they were recommended through a friend. I have my auto and renter's insurance through them and I definitely got the lowest rate for my car insurance. In addition, they went out of their way to get my fiancée's ring insured the day we went to Europe as I had purchased it last minute. Overall I have been thoroughly pleased with their rates, but above all their service. more
